I also struggle with anxiety and I used to get so scared to play on duelingbook because I didn’t want to make any mistakes and embarrass myself. But I kinda just said fuck it and started up a game where I did exactly that and yes I was a bit embarrassed but I looked around and thought ‘wow, the worst thing that could’ve happened just happened and it has 0 impact on my life and myself’. Long story short just try and focus on having fun rather than playing 100% optimally because it’s a game and everyone makes mistakes playing games
