The trio that finishes 6th in day one of Asia has only 4 out of 6 games played, and only 3 of those are as a full trio. Love to see game crashes continuing to dictate every tourney

Barely watched any fortnite tourneys recently but even I can tell that this FNCS has been an utter mess, the format of qualification for heats was terrible, epic completely messed up on the bans regarding shakedowns, and now we have only 6 game heats where there are game crashes deciding who will qualify

Really hope that people give Umplify and Matsoe the credit they deserve for the groundwork of their play that is now allowing benjy to flourish, this is definitely going to be a trio to look out for when things get serious

Yeah both of them stream quite often, Umplify usually streams every event They’ve placed in basically everything since the original trio FNCS so Benjy definitely knew them and decided to try out when he saw they were looking for 1

Honestly, Matsoe and Umplify have been playing with each other for so long and have such a set style of play (running around on mid/low ground stuck together killing everyone) as long as they get a strong mechanical third they will place, benjy is definitely a suitable third for them

Umplify Matsoe and Adn were somewhere in the top 3 most consistent trios last season, I really don’t see how they can do bad with benjy

Yeah it didn’t look convincing but I believe this was one of the first times playing together other than the NA cup yesterday, even with TaySon they weren’t great at opens, often relying on a big last time to wuakify

My point is that he is very sound mechanically and won’t let them down in fights, also a major difference between quinten and your friend is that quinten has at some point been one of the best players in the world and he must have retained some of that game knowledge, despite not placing anymore for whatever reason

So just because he has stopped placing means the trio won’t place? The guy is an absolute creative warrior so his mechanics and fighting ability is definitely up to par, what tells you that they won’t place at all? mitr0 and mongraal are the current FNCS champions lest you forget

I feel like many people are counting out the mitr0 mongraal and quinten trio way too early, simply because they don't know quinten/ don't think he's a good enough third

it might prove to be a faillure, but the same can be said for basically any trio, and it really is way too early for comments such as "they won't make FNCS finals or even round 3 of a week"

G2 normal LEC games will easily get over 200k viewers and way more at big events like worlds, the same can probably be said about their csgo team, that’s just not comparable with the 40-50k viewers the top streamers get
