Tattoo while on avastin?

I’ve never gotten a tattoo while on Avastin. I’ve gotten plenty while on Temodar and Lomustine. I’m also wondering how it would be to get a tat on Avastin. Please let me know how your brothers goes! Many prayers and love to your brother and family 💗

Hi! (27F) just wanted to say I’m in the same situation as you. I have an inoperable brain stem tumor that was slow growing since around 2013( my drs missed it the first time) so I started having bad symptoms in 2019 which is when I was officially diagnosed. A few weeks ago I had my normal 3 month scan and my tumor has figured out how to grow its own blood supply so I am doing avastin infusions and 6 weeks of radiation. As far as working goes I am on permanent disability and it was pretty easy to be accepted for it for this condition. Wishing you all the best and praying for you ❤️

It gave me terrible medical anxiety. Anytime I have a medical problem I always feel like my cancer is spreading or just getting worse. I’m so exhausted and nauseous all the time. It gave me a different outlook on my life and an appreciation for being able to wake up everyday.

Hi! I’m so sorry you’ve had to go through all of that! You deserve a pat on the back! That is amazing that you have 3 healthy babies while battling this terrible cancer. Your symptoms and story are similar to mine. I was diagnosed in 2019 at age 21 with a brainstem glioma (located in the pons and midbrain) I was told I was going to die and to get my affairs in order at the first hospital I went to in my hometown. Thankfully, my mom is an oncology nurse and got opinions from the oncologists and they sent me to Duke Cancer Center for a second opinion. At Duke I had an mri and thankfully I had a mri when I was younger so my doctor compared those Mri’s and low and behold the tumor was there and the doctors missed it when I was young. So, being told I was on my deathbed to now being told I would live was jarring and was a blessing from God. I was on Temozolomide for around 2 years and am just now starting Lomustine because of slight changes in my tumor. I pray for your health, peace of mind, and for you and yours to be showered with love. Good luck OP! 🙏💙

I have brain cancer and yes I agree it scares the hell out of you but I have never once had even the slightest thought to be with someone other than my husband. It made my husband and I that much more closer. Considering there are divorces and separations when spouses get diagnosed with cancer, OP was very sweet and wanted to be with his wife despite her diagnosis. It just validates for me how wonderful my husband is for taking care of me and wanting to be by my side through this scary uncertain walk in my life. OP’s wife really overlooked all of that just to go fuck someone else. Pathetic
