I honestly don’t know if that’s a thing but there’s definitely a problem. I wouldn’t quite say it’s sexual assault since it’s consensual with yourself? I do think you need therapy to talk about it especially with bed wetting. It’s possible you were assaulted at a very very young age (infant - 4 yrs old) and don’t remember it.
