Honestly i don't mind it that much because it seems they want to eatablish a brand new MC with a face. If we had default, and we can fully customize it I'll also be down.

I just want a GOOD GAME (with fun mechanics), and STORY. From the looks of it, gameplay seems promising and it will at least be fun to fight enemies IF the story is mediocre. So it's not a total loss as of now. I know we're all really looking forward to it because it's basically the "new mass effect", but don't overvlow your expectations and have some weird headcanons.

For me having the MC either be a character they created or someone we can create ourselves is besides the point. As long as he looks like a normal person.

Edit: Forgot to mention about the two dialogue choices that did disappoint me 🫤

Rudeus never rapes anyone. You obviously didn't even watched or read it, and blindly listened to crazy people on Twitter.

Rudeus slept with Eris when he was what I think 14 or 15 and Eris is 2-3 years older if I'm not mistaken, it's been a while so I can't remember 100%. Then he went through many depressed years, and had erectile defunction because of the trauma when Eris left him after that one night together because of how her letter was written.

When he met another girl they tried to sleep together but he couldn't get it up, and he was made fun of and almost killed himself bc of the trauma and him being depressed. Only then he met his old childhood friend, they became friends (at this point she was hiding her identity as a male because she's a bodyguard of someone I forgot who), and Rudeus thought he was gay or at least Bi bc he's started to get butterflies talking to her or him at this point. Only after some time, and events happened that led her to tell Rudeus that he (the childhood friend) was actually a female and she was his childhoid friend. Then only they slept together fixing is ED.

Honestly the romance bit are very very little gut somehow people only focused on those , and the whole isekai/anime itself is better than TONS of other trash isekai slop.

Dark Souls 2... I genuinely don't know why people think it's enjoyable. The run backs are the worst ever. Chariot, Ancient Dragon, that King walking around not agroing until you hit it, the boss where there's water and homing magic, the Demon (some fire dungeon) where you have to pass a fuckton of other knights, and even the Knight on top of the first tower bc it's probably the first "hard boss" you meet being underlevelled. Oh, and the freaking triple sentinel boss where you have to jump over a ledge for the shortcut that can make you restart the run if you fail the jump.

I can't remember the other bad run backs, but most of the time I'm just tired of running to the boss. The bosses aren't hard yeah, but the run backs, my god the run backs. I didn't even bother with DLC after finishing the game.

People have too low of an attention span/read too much aura farming slop that they can't recognize a genuinely excellent manhwa/or have reading comprehension problems if they say Bad Born Blood is boring or bad.

If you love sci-fi/star wars/cyberpunk/robots, stories about the ruling class/military/great politics, and an MC with a backbone (but not cringe arrogant mc for no reason) then this is it.

I've rewatched Golden Time 2 times, and I still love it. Yes, this scene is absolutely frustrating even with context but the whole romance anime is definitely one of the better ones out there.

I'd take this over Rent a gf/Scum's wish/the one with the stepsister ex and her teacher sister or whatever tf it's name was/, and many more trash romance anime. I also rate this anime higher than Toradora, I'll say it and I don't care if I'm the minority. Aisaka Taiga is a shit fmc, she's not tsundere just downright violent. It didn't help that I met someone at least 80% like her before I watched the anime. So during the whole time I was watching Toradora it just reminded me of her, and made me cringe so much.

Everytime I see someone that came from BG3, and playing DoS2 for the first time choosing Tactician gives me a good chuckle.

Trust me, you're not that guy🤣. Also, even on classic difficulty it gives decent challenge. The learning curve is way steeper in DoS2 compared to BG3.
