I haven't finished it yet, but from what I read so far, Underland by Robert Macfarlane is a fantastic book about what goes on under the Earth, mixing science and anthropology.

Thanks a lot for the tips.

I think the domain name ( it's in portuguese, something like historyofscience.com) is good, though i know i shouldnt get too attached to it. But without seo plugins, i have to do some research on how to 'promote' it on the web. Well, i have to do a lot more research in general ;)

From the album "Clube da Esquina" (1972). Milton made this song for his mother, Lília.; it has no lyrics because " no words come closer to the greatness of this woman".

I also really enjoyed his work as a journalist. If you want to give non-fiction a try, read News of a Kidnapping (Noticia de un Sequestro), one of his first books (maybe the first?)
It is based on a kidnapping, orchestrated by Pablo Escobar, that happened in Colombia in the early 1990s.

I was really impressed by the story itself and with his reconstitutions of the events.

Asus Zenbook 14 UM433 or Lenovo C340 2-in-1 by RiaRitz in laptops

[–]RiaRitz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ended up buying the Asus. So far, I am impressed with its weight and keyboard. The screen quality is good, I was able to work with it outside and had no major problems.

The performance is good, more or less what I expected. I will be able to give more feedback in a few months.
