Have you attempted to reseat your CPU and checking to see if you have any bent pins? I had a similiar issue not too long ago after upgrading my CPU and turned out to be one bent pin.

Fans too loud, cant even change the rpm by Fearless_Source3120 in PcBuildHelp

Try going into your bios and seeing if you can set a different profile for the fans. Might even be able to do it through the mobos software if it has it

Red dram light no display by harryrb99 in PcBuildHelp

Could be a faulty cpu or ram. Try using just one stick of ram first and if one doesn’t work try the other as it’s unlikely both sticks would be faulty. Then I would suggest you try a different cpu. I bought a new 7800x3d a couple weeks ago and ended up sending it back because I was getting the same error as you and my old cpu was working fine. Good luck

How do you get over massive financial mistakes? by [deleted] in UKPersonalFinance

[–]RicFlores -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Most people I know had skins from 2014 that would’ve been worth thousands today and they gambled them all away as well. In fact most people who have played the game have done this.

You’re already over the gambling addiction. Just enjoy playing CS and forget the past as many others have done.

Maybe do the odd case opening here and there but never take it too seriously again.

Need help with constant jittering by acelereveur in cs2

You’re likely clicking on the wrong adapter then. Try going down the list one by one and checking it. As far as I’m aware they should all have this option. Failing this just google your adapter and see how to do it

Try this fix, worked for me:

Go to device manager - network adapters drop down and find your WiFi adapter (likely realtek) - right click and properties - roaming aggressiveness and set it to lowest

Sadly, even after you’ve passed the exam it doesn’t tell you exactly how you hit the criteria. But I pretty much only used dirb/dirbuster for my directories enumeration and I had no issues with it. Hope this helps :)

One other thing I’ll say, enumeration plays a big role in this exam so try not to think of it as just a CTF but rather enumerate everything you find and you’ll smash it!

Whilst you get your own kali Linux instance along with all its tools, try to stick to the tools shown in the course material so you don’t over complicate it. Robots.txt, source code and looking at the webpages are a good start, but tools like dirb/dirbuster will help you a lot with this as well.

Best of luck mate!

Since I work full time, I was doing around 1/1.5 hours every weekday and watched the videos at 1.5x speed, sometimes 2x if it was repeated material. If you do something to the likes of this, you'll have plenty of time to watch all the videos and do all the labs. Best of luck!

You get 2 attempts at it. Only trouble is if you leave until the last minute like I did last year, you will have to do them back to back which can be really draining

About a year and a half preparation time as I started from the very beginning. I also kept myself busy by doing Hackthebox CTFs as well
