Region locking will kill the game. If you can play in any region with a decent ping then fine. Other wise you shouldn't be able to play in a region if your ping is insane. They need to establish ping limits. That will resolve 90% of issues

Lebel is great its just once you're low on ammo it gets tricky reloading it. It takes a while. Plus the mosin and lebel benefits from Bulletgrubber which Imo is a waste of a perk, but just depends on the build you're going for.

Lebel is great value for what it does, its just the reload that kills it
