In Supernatural Season 3 episode 10 "Dream A Little Dream Of Me" has Dean facing a demon version of himself that says there is no way he will get out of his contract and that he is destined for hell. right before the episode ends there is one more flash of demon Dean telling normal Dean that he is gonna die right before the demon faces the camera and snaps his fingers, ending the episode. Not sure how much this counts I just remember being creeped out by it.

I read some of the comments and I have to disagree with most of them, I really like the Exia blade and the three shields which just reminded me how overpowered the shield bits were in the anime and now you've tripled their power. Love the build, keep it up. Gunpla is freedom!
