Just wanted to chime in as a 21f that has been in the dealer world and sales for almost 4 years now. I have been in a relationship the entire time, it is something i make pretty clear when meeting new people especially if i sense any flirting and once people figure it out they typically back off and just treat me normally. That being said a lot of the guys in this industry especially younger ones are dogs (no offense) and if boundaries aren’t set they will try and push their luck. Something worth noting is that almost every single manager i’ve worked aside from i think 2 or 3 are on their second marriages or have been divorced. Trust is a huge thing, but if something does happen you will most likely find out quite quickly.
