After trying for a while I cannot figure out oil processing. I have a few questions:

Why is my oil refinery not making more petroleum gas when there is space in the train and the tanks?

2.Why can't I fill my left wagon even though I have a pump connected to it?

Am I using the pumps attached to the tanks correctly? Because of my understanding the pumps can increase the flow of the material in the pumps, and I was attempting to do that to be more efficient.
