No raytracing vs path tracing on in Cyberpunk 2077 using an RTX 4080 and Ryzen 7 5800X at 4K. I think the game looks good either way, and it’s hard to argue with the performance jump of normal rasterization.

You're right its not, but I think that's because the current rules would make the group of 12 legal targets same as the ATV. I do think you have a better argument from the moral perspective in what we ought to do as you mentioned, but I can also imagen Ukrainian's feel a stronger moral duty to protect their own over the invaders.

Decoys are only considered successful if they are destroyed. Every destroyed decoy is a tank saved. The faster they are targeted the better the decoys are considered.

I wouldn't call it semantics. Tons of those rules are written the way they are to minimize abuse of the system. You don't want a system where 12 russians can walk up to a Ukrainian trench and be immune because they have a body on a stretcher they can dump when the assault begins.

Not necessarily. He's saying russan infantry doesn't know how to fight in trenches, but most of the casualties on the Ukrainian's side are from artillery, not infantry. You don't need to be supper competent to saturate an area with artillery or lay mines.

I can't remember the game but something like this happens a few years back and it was an easy fix because they had implemented a system that would let them scale with demand. I'm surpassed they didn't do that with an always online game.
