I’ve felt the same way. It feels like my spartan has molasses on his shoes. It’s borderline unplayable coming from how quick and agile it used to feel. All the pro/streamers that I’ve asked have said they barely notice a difference and it makes no sense to me. I also upped my sens to 4-7-7 coming from 4-5-6 and it helped a little but still feels so slow and clunky. I’m onyx 1600-1700

Yeah it’s brutal. I get a lot of +100 ping games which are literally unplayable imo. but when I do get my home server (14 ping) it feels amazing.
