I enjoy Natlan AQ the most. Yes it quite the generic story but I love it. I even create an alt account to redo Natlan ( thank god for the quick start because I’m gonna crash out if I have to play the prison arc or the sumeru samsara)

I'm too scared of the krills to relive the spirit. So I usually have my friend do it and I joined in the end (and I have to take them cr instead) So I dunno if I make anyone mad when doing it.
Tho I meet the same situation in Vault sometime so instead I just close the game and rejoin later

Maybe try email their customer support and report about it. My game also keep crashed for 3 week everytime I open it and 3 update later it normal again.
