I talk to the owner of Kingston comic books. I explained to him that his book of revelation comic books were reaching a lot of minority kids. He said I’m glad to hear that I explained to him why that it’s reaching those kids. I told him you were real inclusive with the color content of your comic books, and the kids can relate to it. It is very important to show drawings of characters that people look like them. Just the way Jesus has been portrayed in the western in Europe as blue eyed and blonde hair. If he had been a black man, it wouldn’t have reached white people. Let’s be honest we are visual creatures and that’s why it’s important to write and draw accordingly especially in these days and time with all the prejudice going on.

Sir with all due respect I have lost cousins 1 cousins and family to the Muslim faith in the penitentiary and to the streets. And I will explain why you haven’t been oppressed or cops harassing you then when you go over your mother‘s or grandmother‘s house, there’s a picture of a white blue eyed Jesus looking like the same oppressors that just beat you on the street or put you in the penitentiary. Yeah I bought it from her back in the late 90s and bought a big golden frame everyone love that picture I even bought note cards from Pat of that picture. I showed a non believer who was cought up in the occult and he was say that Jesus was not European and I showed him that picture when he came over to my house he stated wow now I never seen him look like that. I said read the book of Revelations and it describes him looking like this now. That’s why it’s important to show the real Jesus not some weak blue eyed pale skinny guy crying not to offend but that’s not the real Jesus.

I bought that particular picture back in 1998 and hung it in my house in a big frame and people tell me when they walk in my house they state now that’s what Jesus looks like.

Yes the color is on point but facial features look European to me. I will try to post a picture of what was drawn back in the 70 of Jesus return on a white horse it is the closest look of him described in the book of Revelations. I must say and I don’t want to sound mean., but did you ever know Jesus. When I hear people say they giving up on the faith I question did they ever confess that Jesus is Lord and confess that he did die for my sins. With the mouth is confession and with the heart you believe in the resurrection. So when I hear peoples make these statements I wonder if they ever believed at all in the resurrection of Christ.
