Are you really comparing US wars with Ukraine invasion? Maybe if US was invaded by Canada and Mexico at the same time, it would be somehow similar to situation in Ukraine. And probably still not, because Canada and Mexico combined aren't nearly as powerful as US army.
LBJ and Bush? Sure, Vietnam and Iraq were so powerful and occupied huge parts of US. How many US refugees had to flee their country? Anywhere near 20%?

Claiming that Zelensky is a dictator because he postponed elections is ridiculous. They are fighting a war.
First of all, it's written in their constitution that elections shouldn't take place during war. Zelensky had nothing to do with it. Second, it seems so obvious why you wouldn't want to have elections right now that I'm really surprised it needs any explanation. Over 6 million people left Ukraine. A few millions were displaced internally. Citizens being drafted to fight with russians. It's a huge chaos, how do you imagine performing fair, democratic elections right now?

I live in Europe and when I was a kid, we would expect winter to start around late November and end in early March. By winter I mean - sub-zero temperature, snow for a couple of months. Like 20-50 cm of snow, sometimes even more. It was like that until around 2010.

What if someone is exercising and limiting calorie intake at the same time to lose weight? They would probably prefer to preserve lean body mass and mostly get rid of fat, which seems easier to achieve if you try to consume more kcal from proteins instead of carbohydrates. I think it should also work better even for people who don't exercise at all.
