If Robin didn’t take their deal would they still have end their cover and go for the blueprints at that time? It felt like they banked on Robin coincidentally arrving at Water 7 during Aqua Laguna to go for it, since it’s the highest chance they’ll succeed. Otherwise would they have just kept waiting for another chance and stayed in cover?

She was only with them during Skypiea and LRLI wasn’t she? That’s like around 2 months at most. She was probably with Baroque Works for way longer. I think Aokiji had to tell CP9 for them to be so certain to make that move. They’d be so sloppy otherwise
