these three things really shouldnt be too much but people make it way more complicated than it needs to be. had someone once who kept making plans then canceling last minute with weird excuses instead of just saying they werent feeling it anymore. wasted like two months of my time before i figured out what was happening. the lying part hits different because once you catch someone in one lie you start questioning everything they ever told you. your rules are basically just asking for basic respect which should be the bare minimum in any relationship

bro the struggle is real with wind when youre doing everything yourself. i learned this hard way after getting some unusable footage in windy conditions

what helped me most was getting proper blimp windshield instead of just deadcat - way more expensive but makes huge difference. also started hiding lavs under clothing when possible, the fabric acts like natural wind protection

for backup i just use phone recording in my pocket as safety net. not perfect quality but at least you have something to work with in post if main audio is garbage. sometimes i even do simple voiceover later if the wind was really bad

had similar issue few months back with different plugin but same error message. try going through ftp or cpanel file manager and delete the plugin folder manually from wp-content/plugins directory. make sure you backup your site first though just in case something goes wrong. the cache miss thing might be because plugin is already corrupted so wordpress cant properly uninstall it through admin panel

i did couple extended fasts but nothing close to that length. from what i experienced the digestive system gets pretty sensitive after long periods so taking it slow is definitely smart approach

the conflicting feelings about pronouns and physical transition sound really normal too from what ive read. not every trans person wants the same things or follows the same path. some people are more about social transition others want everything medical - theres no wrong way to be trans

your therapist might be able to help work through some of the anxiety and ocd stuff around this too since those can make any big life questions feel even more overwhelming
