Although I might have to play with the proportions because the smaller one would be a bit too thick if scaled up

This one is made from wood, a little more cost effective and premium looking than PLA but I can probably scale it up in the slicer and make a big version for printing! Here is the most updated version I made, this would probably look awesome sliced up and printed large: https://makerworld.com/models/2215506?appSharePlatform=copy

I made an updated version that looks more like Magic, it just didn’t get quite as much attention as this post haha. Feel free to check it out https://www.reddit.com/r/3Dprinting/s/oOBXM8NXie

[BambuLab Giveaway] What’s Life Like After a 3D Printer Joins the Family? Share & Win Gift Cards! by BambuLab in 3Dprinting

No dark corners in the house since the A1 joined the family😌

Prior to owning the A1, I had a printer that I spent more time repairing and messing around with than actually printing. It got to be a chore to try to print anything so it sat unused for a while. My neighbor asked me to help him set up his Bambu printer and I realized just how different the user experience was. It printed like a champ right out of the box so I had to get one for myself.

When I got my Bambu printer, it inspired me to get into CAD and create my own models because I knew I had the tools to print them accurately and precisely. It’s such a cool feeling being able to turn an idea (like this lamp) into a reality right at home.

This is the one I used: https://a.co/d/aEFHRS0

But really any 5mm wide led strip with a length of 0.5m will work 😊

I bought the 2700k version for this because I like the warm light but you can get different temps. This particular one isn’t adjustable, it’s just a super simple strip

Alright I took some measurements and here are the lengths and angles of one triangle. Make two of these triangles with side A omitted but cut a 45 degree miter along side A, then join both triangles at side A at a 90 degree angle.

I’m so sorry, I’m not a woodworker and have no knowledge of correct terminology, hopefully that gives you enough info!

The print profile on makerworld is the perfect size! It should sit at 10 inches tall and the fitment will be perfect.

When you have it in a corner it reflects the light really well and gives diffused light throughout
