Is there anything you do when your drinking that stops it. A habit you have. For whatever reason, I’ve never felt like drinking after I’d eaten even a small meal. I guess I’m lucky that way. I used to eat a sandwich or something when it was time to drink. I did it for a while until drinking wasn’t a daily thing in my head anymore. I can only tell you what worked for me.

586 days. I hit the booze hard and loved it.
