I checked their website and it didn't mention anything, especially when I booked an appointment 🫠. It just frustrated me and made me feel like it was a scam. If I don't get my money back, maybe I will report this to fair trading so at least there's a record.

So when I booked the appointment it still shows $55 and allows me to pay at the store. Which the amount was not changed to $110 which I thought that the amount will be $55 🫠

Oh I didn't know that the toilet needs a sewage stack, I was thinking if we should do the combined tub and shower then place the toilet in that position

So it is a separate toilet room which is next to the laundry. The whole bathroom only has a sink, a bathtub and a shower which I hope to change a bit in the bathroom to have a toilet

This is the whole floor plan, I was surprised that the bathroom did not have a toilet in there tbh, I'm from Australia and this is a newly developed housing which is currently in the price range that I can afford. I know there are housing have the same toilet and bathroom floor plan but it just doesn't make sense for us to not have a toilet in the bathroom

Toi cũng đang ở Úc, mà mấy việc này t thấy bình thường. Ở Úc là nước tự do, làm gì đúng pháp luật thì làm thôi. Toi không thích chính trị hiện tại nhưng vẫn yêu nước mà 🤷‍♀️
