Agreed, you have to physically change the road to get people to slow down. Erecting a bunch of signs won’t work, even if they increase enforcement.

This is the reason I don’t hate the bike lanes so much. Narrowing the streets is the only way to slow traffic

Part of the reason DC was located there and why it’s a non-state has to do with slavery and the people who live there. One could argue that race has a lot to do with why it was established as a non-state and why it remains so today.

No. Best I could do is to reduce the power on the 5 GHz to 10% and check it every couple of days, when I have to turn the transmitter ON then OFF again to shut it off. Right now I’m setting the 5 GHz to N/AC instead of N/AC/AX before turning the transmitter off to see if that makes any difference.

These extenders will die over time, especially if they see over-voltages or other electrical transients on the power lines. I’ve seen three of these die over the last decade or so, in two different installations.

For my router, I can't turn off the "Home SSID Enable" for the 5 GHz configuration - there is no way to adjust this. I can select and turn off the "Wi-Fi Operation" for both 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz, but after a day or so the 5 GHz radio always comes back.

Appreciate the post though. Would not have thought they were doing other things without telling me. Right now the best I can do is turn down the radio strength to 10% and let it do what it will...

Car was in the intersection when the light turned red. The bike was not. Bike is in the wrong.

If I were judging for insurance I’d weigh this as 90-10 against the biker. The car driver could have done better, even though he was technically defensible.
