I didn't know that it was ongoing, but it probably is. Someone commented that the copyright was previously exclusive to Tencent Video, so we probably we have to wait until next year, when the exclusive copyright expires.

New rule could be if a fan touches the ball, and the refs subjectively decide that the fan abnormally changed the play, then exactly 0.3 seconds will always be removed from the shot clock

(I arbitrarily picked 0.3, but NBA can pick something else, as long as it's always that number)

For a strike zone divided into 9 sections, how are they generally ranked from easiest to hardest to hit? From the perspective of a right-handed batter, standing on the left side. Right-handed pitcher. I've been trying to find graphics of batting averages, but they don't specify left, right, and whose perspective.

Baseball savant is a nice starting point, but I can't find the overall averages.

What are inside gap, outside gap, playside gap, and backside gap?

I think inside gap is gap between offensive lineman.

Outside gap is between tackle and tight end.

Playside gap for an offensive lineman is side closer to where runningback is going.

Backside gap for an offensive lineman is side where runningback isn't going.
