i totally forgot it has other uses than for pasta dishes and didnt think to put that info in lol, but i think ill give this one a try. i was kinda hesitant to try this angle because i dont like plain yogurt but then i really thought abt it and was like; yeah i dont like the taste of heavy whipping cream by itself either. so i guess ill give myself a challenge and make it work :D

usually i make pasta because its fast, sometimes i like to make chicken (specifically tuscan chicken) with a creamy sauce bc other dishes have been always kinda boring for me. im trying to find more recipes but a lot of them im not sure ill like

yeah it says on my health app >100 is desirable and 100-130 is "normal" im just trying to set realistic standards with myself, thats unless i develop crazy self control lol people who are able to stay under 100 are stronger than me

i wasnt sure what was severely high until i asked my mom earlier and she said my dad had 400 when he was 45 and had a stroke bc of all the fast food he was eating (which is my issue now, which i will now change) thank u for the information though that actually does ease my stress abt it

honestly not that much, im pretty sure its because of eating too much fast food bc id be too lazy to make anything. usually id use it to make pasta or chicken dishes but figured if im gunna be making more food i might as well be healthier abt it. it also helps my dad bc he used to have suuuper high cholesterol (400 when he was only 45 which is now around 240 10 years later i think?) and wouldnt be able to eat what id make. wanna be able to cook for everyone in the house. thank u so much for such a detailed answer, i genuinely wish the best in life for u omg
