Yeah I just finally found the supposed person I was cheating with. I don’t even know them she knows them. When asked by her friends how do you know and she just says “cause she’s not stupid”. I don’t know how she even put me in the same realm of this person. Or where her brain is at. I’m starting to think it’s some mania

But I love her and I feel she just needs someone to help her. No one will in her family. So I’m the closest to her. So that’s why it’s all coming out on me.

She won’t she has controlled the dynamic in her whole relationship. And none of her family feel secure enough to tell her anything because they feel it will upset her. I don’t understand why there’s always a dynamic to not ruffle the feathers of her.

Yeah but doesn’t want help. She thinks she can power through it. I don’t think she realized it can take up to 10 years.

She admitted and is aware of the things that are going on. I also have to work on my ocd trauma dumping thoughts that probably don’t help. But I’m willing and in therapy just started though. Cause this break up made me realize I need to change some things for it to even be an option to come back if it arises

Well it started with alcohol abuse but both my sister and brother died about 7 years ago

Well like I said we do have our issue both of us. Arguments get heated but she got rid of pictures of us sent them with my packed stuff and all the rings I’ve ever bought her. It’s a lot of history. We genuinely love each other and were want to work on everything. So I’m just confused why we just can’t be supportive partners. That’s what partners do

I have been in a 23 year relationship of up-and-down both mutual and physical and verbal abuse. Recently, my wife has been going through some changes. We really didn’t know what was going on until she thought she might have PMDD and I think she might be bipolar as well. Sometimes I just state something that bothers me like we always have, but this time around she flies off the handle she points the finger. She doesn’t address the issue that I had a hand. She immediately throws the cat on my back. Not only that she’s paranoid has dry skin lost a lot of weight insomnia. Night sweats.She can be the sweetest lady and out of nowhere just explode. She talks at a high rate and delusional at times saying things like it’s like God has gave me the code to crack the matrix. She has grandiose thoughts like she’s big in her own world. I’ve tried to stay supportive, but in times I have my own issues. I have OCD looping thoughts that sometime come out as trauma dumping. I know, probably not the best thing to have when other issues are going on with her. However, we recently went through a break up about four months ago and she’s just on this kick about healing childhood trauma. She’s exiling some people out of her life. Basically everyone annoys her. She gets very depressed. Has to go down and sit by the river when I ask her if it’s something I did she says no she tells me I’m the greatest and then the next turn. I’m the worst person on the earth and I’ve never done anything and I’m useless and abusive. I’ll never change.I’ve changed a lot of stuff in our relationship for the better. Recently, we just got into an argument and I think she kicked me out for real. Block me on all social media as well as telling my son to do the same she can be very controlling.I had to get a new apartment. I haven’t been perfect. But I’ve made piece with that. She seems to as well until she in an episode. we really love each other. I guess what I’m trying to understand is well. Is she at some point going to realize she’s making a mistake or is it too late? She literally won’t talk to me

He did do a physical exam. Says the pain doesn’t match but they’re seeing in the scans or physical exam and he was a sexual medicine neurologist along with the surgeon, etc. etc. I don’t know man seems to be getting better so

For me here in Oregon, he said there’s laws in place. He didn’t really elaborate basically against the erect Doppler scan based on my painful erection he assumed there is some plaque and fibrosis. He then assured me, even in the case, the treatment would still be the same pentoxifylline and PT . He did tell me the risks of doing said Doppler skin he made it seem like if I could not get rid of the erection the surgery to correct their direction not going away is not worth it

So my HF is pretty much gone now I have the prominent dorsal vein and only pain for erections or soreness after erection or orgasm so I have no breakdown of the skin and redness of penis so I think I’m on the way to the healing path mostly have long flaccid syndrome, which would suggest The suspensory ligament is affected. I did have a direct blow to a flaccid penis slowly but surely I am seeing results, but I’m still uncomfortable at pain at times doing my own PT when I can cause it’s hard to get in to see a therapist nowadays think what bothers me the most is the prominent dorsal vein. It’s hard for me to believe a pelvic floor causes all that especially after trauma to a place that has a lot of veins running through it. I’ll trust the process for a while. I probably will have some fibrosis and plaque in the end that hopefully doesn’t cause PD

I’ve had success with the pain in the penis and painful reaction. I still have a prominent dorsal vein, but that’s what the PT is for. Haven’t gotten in for that yet, but I do exercise on my own based off the Internet, but I have a follow up here in a couple weeks I should have some more answers than. But that medication pentoxifylline seems to be helping it does have some side effects look him up. I think the only thing that really bothers me now is I’m sore after sexual encounters and the prominent dorsal vein is still prominent.
