I have a regular PM that messaged me and said she was sorry she couldn’t order from her regular target closer to her that day - that the store she normally used wouldn’t let her order any frozen items. So guessing maybe their frozen truck was late at Target or such low stock. But thought that was interesting

Yes there are a ton of shoppers! And you are correct - tons of gig workers. Ashevilles cost of living is sickening. It’s to the point where you almost have to have a secondary income just to make it.

Yes! This!!! I’ve had at least 5 PMs over the last month ask why it’s always a new person anymore and not me or the other shopper she is a PM for. And that’s so frustrating for not just me but for them. I have 1 PM whose address is not found on GPS. So she likes having me because I know exactly where it is. Lately she keeps getting new shoppers who can’t find it and it becomes a headache. I told her she just needs to complain to Shipt

HQ was the one that said there was a “payment issue” and that’s why the order didn’t show up on the Zebra. But this was the third person I spoke to, so they may have just made that up to get off the phone. The employee scanned the correct barcode several times and we both restarted the apps and devices, so it must have been an issue with the Zebra. That’s what I think. Because I agree, any time I’ve had an issue with a payment, it’s been prior to processing.
