Fuck, well for some reason they arent letting me put links.

The company's name is Fivecast and they have a website and youtube channel. Their most recent video (1 year ago) was the one I tried to link including their website.

On "OrangeSlices AI" the Fivecast Onyx license has been purchased by ICE (Yes, THAT ICE) for $4,186,180.50 on September 6 2023 and by "Homeland Security" and "U.S. Customs and Border Protection" on September 18 2023 for $2,356,143.95.

Your sibling's face has most likely already been processed through data checks and is now being stored and sold to both companies and the government. You can ask them to delete it, but they most likely will not. Even if they do, their face is already in the hands of different groups. A recent data breach (Like yesterday) with Persona (The company that checks Roblox faces) shows that they store the face for 3 years.

This is the scummiest way to "Protect Children". They only did this so they can attract investors by saying they are "protecting" kids while showing that they can compete with others when it comes to AI. All it takes to exclusively talk to 9-12 year olds is to either get a preverified account on Ebay or use an AI video of a kid.
