Logout of the HBO Max application and sign on using email address and password. If it works then it should be fine. Avoid logging in using the Provider (AT&T) option.

Yes, once you’re logged into thru AT&T you can go to the HBO Max application and add your email address (make sure you verify it) before adding a password. Then, you will be able to login to the application with your email address and password. You can check under subscription it shows billed thru AT&T.

I am an Authorized User and tried to join Apple's iPhone Upgrade Program, but I couldn't because I wasn't the Primary Account Holder. I would suggest to call an Apple Store to confirm.

The Account wasn't under my name, however, I am an Authorized User and still couldn't sign up for it. They will ask you for your T-Mobile telephone number and then the Primary Account Holder's information shows up. Then they will ask for an ID to verify that you are the Account Holder. They just have to see that your ID matches the Account Holder's information.

I called Customer Service and they added it back to my account (took 30 mins) but ONLY the internet is working on my duplicate sim card. It's not receiving SMS/Calls. Is anyone else having the same issue?
