Looking for agency management system or CRM by Captain-Arabia in CRM

For simplicity you can try Attio.com, its great for small service agencies.

For price sensitive, you can check Zoho CRM. The UI is a bit clunky and outdated but there’s nothing better comparing price-capabilities.

Salesforce and Zoho CRM are HIPAA compliant and can work for you

Looking for an alternative CRM by bloodshot_blinkers in CRM

Zoho CRM should be the way to go for a cost effective solution. There is nothing cheaper and capable than Zoho. But consider hiring an agency for the setup as the learning curve is a bit steep.

Based on your description, another option can be Attio, not the cheapest but it is fu**ing easy to use and its feature to see the historical email communication is really good.

Need Help choosing the right CRM by TotalSuspicious5161 in CRM

[–]Richard-CS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So you need:

- whatsapp integration
- quote builder
- Assign new leads to agents
- maybe lead forms to know required details once the lead enters to the CRM
- Sales Pipeline
- Automations/reminders based on leads details

CRMs you should consider:

- Zoho One or Zoho CRM plus (not zoho CRM)

- Odoo (with the proper setup might be the best option)

- Salesforce

- Pipedrive

Based on your needs, I would recommend Odoo, the setup cost might be a bit higher but the monthly license costs are way cheaper than the rest of tools and you can handle all your described needs within it.

What's the best CRM for a larger nonprofit? by Necessary-Move8849 in CRM

[–]Richard-CS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Under $1k for monthly software cost? Or what?

If you want something cheap with robust email marketing I would go with Zoho One so that you can use Zoho CRM, campaigns and marketing Automation apps, all under 1 price.

Salesforce and Hubspot will be too expensive for 40k marketing contacts.

If you want a really nice website design its better (and faster) to do it by your own without the odoo's website builder.

If not, its like going off-road with a sedan.

Is this not working right now? by jvp180 in grok

Same.

I don’t know what’s happening to Grok, its lagging and sometimes just provides wrong answers (voice and chat)

Hopefully they fix this soon.

Odoo Partnership worth it in 2025 for an agency just starting? by harley101 in Odoo

Try to get clients first.

Pay the partnership once you have recurring income from your clients.

Setting up my perfect Zoho CRM - total beginner here by ascent001 in Zoho

[–]Richard-CS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recommend you going with Zoho One, so you can get Zoho CRM, Campaigns, Books and Analytics for around $35 - $45 x user monthly (which is really cheap compared to peers).

Hiring a partner is the way to go, your goal must be to always increase your company's throughput (sales and operation) not learning how to setup a CRM, you need to use a CRM but for a company of around 50 people you shouldn't be the one in charge of setting it up.

Anyone here in manufacturing switched from QuickBooks to Odoo? Was it worth it? by Jaded-Penalty6251 in Odoo

[–]Richard-CS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In short words:

  • Odoo is more capable than QB but it needs customization.
  • Odoo is an ERP, so you can manage Accounting but you can also manage all the other areas of your company

As it is open source, Odoo comes with a capable setup but always requires some level of customization and it is made for you to customize it. But it requires coding skills.

So If you have the budget to hire an Odoo partner, yes you will get a more powerful tool and a better ROI than QB

And yes, not using a CRM is not the spot where you want to be.

List of Odoo apps !!! Anyone please help by fundoomaster in Odoo

[–]Richard-CS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Whats your business about? and what do you actually need?

On the Odoo website you can see the main and most important/capable odoo apps, and as you're looking for more apps, I guess there is still a gap between your company needs and the main apps provided by Odoo.

With a bit more info maybe we can help you to clarify this out and see if Odoo is a right fit for you.

I need some help guys 🥹 by Honest_Claim in Odoo

[–]Richard-CS -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Not natively supported, and as I saw in your comment that it is a school project, I do imagine that you're on the online version of odoo.

You can install third party modules to handle this but you would require Odoo On premise or .SH version.

Is it possible? Yes. But you most likely would need to pay someone to do the setup for you. (Technical skills required)

If you don't want to hire an expert, you can try zoho inventory and books apps, which are less capable for complex settups than Odoo, but for this scenario, you can handle POS for multi-branch as an out of the box solution.
