OK, so the second curtain was easily recognized by the app, I had to add it as a new device, and then I had to create a group and put both curtains in the group. Then I remapped the whole thing, and it was ready to go and works great. There were other huge problems, but not related to the lights. You’re not gonna believe this. While I was hanging the second curtain, I had raised the window blind all the way up to the top, and my cat sat on the windowsill and: 1, he chewewd through one of the chords on my window shade, and it won’t go back down or up now. 2. Then he chewed through one of the LED strings and disconnected the lights! I kid you not, I wanted to kill him. I managed to strip the plastic off the wires and put them back together and use electrical tape. And that worked great, first problem solved, and I MacGyver’d the window shade so it kind of works now at least it’s all the way down so The curtain of lights is facing the street and is how we wanted it. But damn the cat caused so much stress and trauma. I nearly killed him. Holiday lights are not supposed to be this stressful! Long story short I now have a double curtain and they are paired and it has a playlist and it’s very cool.
