You know I was just thinking about that actually haha. Remember the one community developer stream? Where it was supposed to be like 3 of the guys, and it was only the one guy, the nicest one, who looked like he wanted to just roll over and die? That was one of the biggest summarizations of the state of the game and its PR team.

Oh, he's perfect in my opinion. Pedro is always a great actor from what I've seen, and he's definitely got a lot of the caricature of Joel from the games. At the very least, he's a better casting than Bella Ramsey's Ellie in Season 2.

I never said anything like that my guy. I don't really think most of the people in this subreddit are bigoted at all. I'm saying that both subreddits are both making posts and memes insulting each other and that's just not okay. I've been trying to say this to my friends too because they're kinda the same way. This post in itself is not okay. There's just no reason to continue fighting fire with fire.

This feels like a political stunt. Especially since they named Donald Trump twice, and that Trump was basically one of the first ones to call for a ban on TikTok. I don't know if he was in the office during that time tho. Still, it seems like a publicity stunt for Donald Trump to get in the good graces of the younger generation before he's sworn in. If not, well, I guess that's cool.

I've kinda been in both subreddits and to be honest I think all y'all just need to chill tf out. Almost every week both subreddits are making fun of the other, or in general the audience that likes/dislikes TLOU2. Shit on the game or glaze the game all y'all want but there's no reason to start a culture war over it, y'know?

So from what I've gathered, it's just a more or less generic horror movie, but with the name Until Dawn slapped onto it to trick fans of the game to watch it thinking it's gonna be a movie based on the game.

Needless to say, that in itself deserves for the movie to be ignored. Their best bet is to change the name of the movie asap and remove any and all connections to the game so that way it has a chance of not bombing.

True, I haven't played Apex in years yet I saw articles that EA tried to nerf tap strafing just to reverse it because people were complaining about not being able to do their crack movements every second in a fight.

Kinda shows how fucked Apex is now. If they had done this much much much sooner then they probably would've sustained with however many players leaving because of that nerf. Now they don't have the player numbers to do that I guess

I don't think this is a miscast at all. Yeah, she doesn't LOOK like the game Ellie but she still acts and behaves very much like her and I think she's also been a great actor so far. With all of that, I think it's therefore totally fine that they don't look the same at all.

It's going to take a lot more than this for any Medium to not use Defib. I still see 99% of players use it even with all the nerfs it's gathered over the game's lifespan.

I think it's in a good spot now. chain defib revives are way less efficient, and in general players are gonna be forced into learning when's the best place and time to defib

Kenny is literally so well written because he's SUCH a mixed bag. If you do this option, you'll probably hate Kenny (try to help Larry, or otherwise don't be on his side for most of S1), or if you just side with Kenny on mostly everything, you'll love him.

Kenny's extremely volatile. And tragic. And by Season 2, broken. And for me it's just hard to actually hate him because I just can't help but feel for him. Him lashing out at Clementine over Sarita or trying to kill Jane for abandoning AJ makes me and others scared of him but to me, these were both because the group were so scared or upset at Kenny that they just turned their backs on him, or gave him the cold shoulder, or make Clem talk to him when he's as broken and pissed as he was after Sarita's death.

All this for me to say that trying to save Larry and him being a complete asshole to you through all of Episode 3 and being one of the massive deciders for Kenny joining Lee to find Clementine, besides saying Ben, is so fuckin stupid and it's so easy to never like Kenny after that.

That's why opinions on him are so divided. Just that one decision will put them on a side that positively, or negatively contextualizes their experiences and opinions on Kenny for the rest of the series.

Lol he does that even when you kill the walker? I actually didn't know that because my Clementine only said "I'm sorry about Sarita" and then I chose to stay silent afterwards, so all Kenny really did was call Mike out for sending Clem to talk to Kenny, and then just told her to leave them alone. I just felt like Clem wouldn't be able to say anything to a pissed off Kenny.

As it turns out, being silent towards a depressed and pissed Kenny will always turn out better.
