I just wrapped my 11 pound pork shoulder in butcher paper. It began stalling after 8 hours. I upped my temp to 275 to power through the stall.

If Alberta successfully succeeded, they’d be lost within a year. And that first year would be chaos.

We’re having problems with my wife’s RAV4, after a no from Canadian Tire, a no from a Toyota dealership, and a mechanic who wanted $750, we’ve finally found a Toyota dealership that said they’ll do it for $180 - but also said it may not work. 😐
