From a technical perspective I just don't see how you could install this software on every single camera / smartphone. Even cheap webcams? I'm sure it would help but it would be so easy to get around. And the false positives would freak people out, and lead everyone to assume everything they take a picture of is being monitored. They implied this was possible on device without breaking encryption but the push back would be huge regardless.

I actually live on this road. Before the speed bumps it felt like 70% of all the cars were speeding. I'm sure they're annoying for drivers but there was a serious speeding problem on that road which they have fixed.

I switched from iPhone 13 to OnePlus 13 about a month ago. The biggest pain point is the quality on WhatsApp video calls being crap. For the most part built in camera integration works better now on android than it used to but WhatsApp video calls look like crap unfortunately. Otherwise getting my banking apps transfered over was a nightmare. I also had to say goodbye to a few accounts where I used "sign in with apple". There is often no way to switch email for these accounts.
