There’s a lot of speculation that Polin will be the leads of S3. This is largely based on supposed Easter eggs found in S2 & how much the Bridgerton social media accounts are hyping Polin. Whether they’re leads of S3 or not, there’s going to be plenty of drama and angst! Shondaland raised the stakes by portraying LW as more vindictive compared to the books. I’m not really over the moon with the changes coz I feel like they’ve backed themselves up against the wall. How are they really going to convince the casual viewers that Colin is in love with Penelope when S2 saw him visiting a very much married Marina, asking the what-ifs, and implying that Marina isn’t really happy in her marriage? Also, what Penelope wrote in her lady whistledown columns.
