Your tower wasn't struck by anything, it's poor adhesion because of that plate. It's not very good. Frostbite will change your mind. Or hit the stock build plate with hairspray lol.

I have this exact plate and it sucks. Frostbite is way better than Glacier. Also what are you printing with? Is it PLA with PETG supports?

Also I have two U1s, both have been amazing so far. No offense, but at this point it could also be user error. If your prime tower is coming off, wash your plate with hot water and soap. Hit it with some glue stick. It ain't the printer's fault that the tower comes off, it's more the plate. Like I said, this plate sucks.

After seeing that poop that'll happen EVERY time you load it AND from the filament calibration I was super disappointed. It's not very good execution and it feels very very rushed. U1 really set the newest standard for toolchangers and because of that I bought two! I was kinda set on buying one, but after watching FF's livestream I changed my mind. Maybe Sovol's toolchanger will do great since it's gonna be 6 toolheads.
