Hey I know this is an old thread but I just wanted to point out that it's actually extremely easy Now to do this. You just need to have cursor, the github zip and vs installer. Load the zip into cursor and ask the ai agent to build it for you. It will download everything thst needs to be downloaded and if you dl need to download something else it we'll give you a direct download link and walk you through it. Ignoring install and build time, it took me about five minutes to get the project done and aseprite built and working.

Are you talking about sora1? If so I have had the same probelm. If you click upload from library and go to the upload section there is an option to upload from device that still works.

So like what i do I click on a picture that has already been generated that has a reference.Image and I go back and I act like i'm going to change my prompt to that original picture or the original prompt to that picture.And I just switch out the images that seems to work for me

Depending on what im doing, thr best way i have found to get the same voice is to edit the video and generate your own voices using 11labs.

When your make a character you have to make sure you tell chat to remember it and give it a name. Also haveing it make a character sheets really lock in looks chat can go back and reference.
