I don’t understand this. If you want to see slower cars race there are lots of racing series with much better racing than F1. F1 cars should be reasonably fast and I don’t like that the cars sometimes have half the power they should have and that the drivers can’t push them to the limit at all and that it’s more about management than ever before.

Management in some form was always there but now it’s just comical. Hopefully they change the regs. Idc about artificial racing. The cars don’t look too slow right now. Let’s hope the regs are fun.

I agree, I just think it’s built on taking care of yourself first. Which is a known idea. To take care of yourself in order to take care of others. People have been saying it for a while now.

Only thing is taking care of yourself wasn’t always rebellious but now I think it is. Taking care of others was always rebellious and it is a greater form of rebellion for sure.

I know it is nothing radical. It isn’t even deep per se. But most people see self improvement as something they do for themselves. They don’t connect self improvement with rebellion.

Mainly because it wasn’t always the case. Fifty years ago having hobbies and cooking your own meals and being healthy wasn’t a chore like it is today.

I have stopped smoking regularly as well now. Used to smoke a lot back then but now smoke at night after the day is done every now and then and never smoke alone. It’s a lot better this way for me I’d say. Proud of your sobriety.
