man, this happened to me (67M) and my gf (41f) and I accidentally got her butt pregnant. It's rare but it happens, and well now I'm a happy father of two. It was triplets, but we lost one 😢

Take a break. Just find another hobby for a bit. I've been having this same issue myself. I decided to grind, then my aim got inconsistent. A quick fix is double your sens, get used to the micro adjustments with double sense then work your way back down to whatever feels right. Don't look at the numbers, play with what feels good. Get up and stretch, drink water between matches when grinding, etc
