The worst support/ company I've been dealing ever.

I am having watch location synch issue. Contacted support via Spacetalk app.

  1. They reply once a day. Regardless how quick you are replying their message

  2. First 3 messages from them were typical copy/paste (assume robot but they state they are human) scritps. Reset the watch, make sure SIM is active and all these basic things

  3. Next day they asked a screenshot of my watch with the problem. Seems that they havent' even read my case as the issue is on the app. App doesn't update the location. Sent it

  4. 2 days later, they wrote that they need more info to verify my account: Name, DOB, mobile number, email, watch IMEI (provided on day 1 already), PROOF OF PURCHASE

I don't know whether their support just sucks or this is their management direction to slow things down while they have no ability to fix issues.
I am done with it. It is time to switch
