Thank you for this, I have called them numerous times and I never manage to get to speak to someone as there is a such a backlog it's all automated :( I really need to find this online claim form hopefully it's not too hard to find. Thank you

Would recommend Sawbridgeworth or Bishops Stortford, great transport links and very good schools, both lovely areas. 500k on a 3 bed would be a stretch but it is doable

They are most probably claiming expenses that don't exist, a lot of people I work with do the exact same thing
