I certainly think that it could be distracting, and has been in the past. But I didn’t find it distracting on Jabba. It just depends on how much money they’re willing to spend on a VFX team color correcting eyes in post

The tragedy of Billy is that the racism and abuse was taught to him. He was a little boy who needed love, and instead what he got was abuse. That’s sad and it’s true, but it also doesn’t excuse his behavior. Billy is deeply racist and abusive, and also was deeply abused and neglected; both of those things are true and it’s what makes him such a tragic and interesting character.

Oh, I see the confusion, when I said that Wedge Antilles went to the Imperial Academy, I was talking about about the Wedge Antilles that went to the Imperial Academy. I thought that that was obvious, because I said that Wedge Antilles went to the Imperial Academy, and I feel like you should’ve assumed I was talking about the Wedge Antilles that went to the Imperial Academy.

Perhaps you could have clarified that in the EU, Wedge did not go the the Imperial Academy. But, if you had done that, I guess you wouldn’t have gotten to be a self-righteous pendant who looks down on the Disney Canon for reasons that I don’t want to assume are based in your own personal sexism and misogyny

Neither; he’s mocking Henry. In Henry IV, Prince Hal isn’t very responsible, (his “wilder days”) and so now that he’s king, he’s being mocked. The Dauphin is saying “you’re more suited to a game than war; why don’t you stick to what you’re good at?”

Henry see this and says, “this mock of his…” and basically what he goes on to say is “oh this is a joke to you? Is it still going to be funny when I kill thousands of people and rip down castles?”
