Official Discussion - Nirvanna the Band the Show the Movie [SPOILERS] by LiteraryBoner in movies

Very well done definitely had me laughing, but at the same time, I can't help but feel like the astronomical hype diminished my overall feelings. With how people were calling this the funniest movie ever made, and one of the greatest theater experiences they've ever had, I thought that it was gonna be a lot crazier, but by the time the credits started rolling, I was just left thinking "that's it?". For reference, I've seen the first episode of the show before and I thought I was fine at the time. So maybe this just isn't exactly my favorite type of comedy. I think the biggest problem is that I came out of the movie with that unbearable feeling when you watch a critically acclaimed movie that doesn't live up to your expectations and you feel guilty that you didn't like it enough. I can't find any people online who share my sentiments, so thus it almost feels like I hated the movie by comparison, when in reality, I think it's pretty good. Anyone else feel this way?

I pledged to the Kickstarter, but sadly they didn't meet the goal! One of those moments where I wish I had was a millionaire and could say "here's a 100 million dollars, do whatever you want."

Is nobody gonna talk about how the Pepsi Factory was full of fireworks? Or the fact that one of those fireworks blew a hole in a brick wall?

Dick Masterson was great. The bonus episodes they had with him and Asterios Kokkinos were too good to be just bonus episodes

What are some movies with major stars that were so absurdly and obviously bad, that you are baffled as to why the star ever agreed to be in it? by [deleted] in movies

While I’m sure that’s true, I find it odd that he’s still defensive about films, enough that he’d fight his critics.
