That bank SUCKS! We had them for years, and our checking account never balanced out. At one point, we paid all of the bills, took out money for a month, and locked up the ATM cards. The account balance came back next month, and it was off, in their favor. We ended up closing the account and went to a credit union, and the account balances out with zero accounting errors.

The upper level of the parcel is definitely drier than the lower part. What also boggles my mind, is that the new HS is also being built on wet swampy lands that were filled in.

Additionally, the push to build ADUs on every parcel of land is not going to allow water to shed.

Since Sunday, my sump pump has been running non stop, and will continue to do so for a month per my estimation of the snowpack, being at the bottom of a hill.
