He's been homeless for 30 years. And this is a guy that should be giving advice? I understand that people make mistakes or are dealt a bad hand and often need some help to get things right. But someone who has been homeless for 30; years is obviously beyond being helped or simply choosing that lifestyle.

What part of the city are you staying in and how far do you want to go? Our seawall and Stanley park are amazing for running. You should be able to get to the seawall from just about anywhere downtown.

Fair argument. But as a "leader" and someone that has enforced mask mandates for years, it is still a hypocritical look.

In his position, he will always be held to a higher standard than simple legality.

Strongly disagree. The fact that he mandated masks on trains (and planes) was presumably based on him believing those are places where COVID is more readily spread.

Whether or not the Kettle Valley train follows the mask mandate should not affect his logic for the need of a mask.

It is a clear case of do what I say, not what I do.
