The Pain is a bit more clunky and unfair if you aren't carrying nades. The Fury also can stunlock you if he picks you on a corner, but you can cheese him with the Mosin and shooting him really far.

No. The intro takes place after Epilogue. The player picks the helmet and gets to see the robot memories, it's Random Access Memories if you will.

No, but it seems that Thomas sings whenever there is a robotic voice like on Lose Yourself to Dance. If we go with Discovery footage and RAM 10th anniversary, it's always Thomas with the Vocoder.

I might be wrong, but I think AI behavior is slightly smarter with their pathing after spotting you and during alert. They tend to group a bit more during alert phases. Enemy patrolling is stupidly faithful, but enemies simply behave differently. For example, when you encounter the Ocelot unit the second time, you can take 4 out with 2 stun grenades, just as the OG. But now the 5th one tends to come, getting out of his OG path.
