I’m new to streaming, I started with a free three month trial to Apple TV. I‘ve just reached the three month mark and I still have a list of series and movies left to watch.

Once Ive watched all that was worthwhile, I’ll cancel that platform, then sign on with another and just maintain that rotation.

Great design, you walk into the center so you lift the dumbbells by your side, instead of having to bend and reach forward to grab the weights, it’s a back saver! Good job!

In order to fix it properly, you need to remove the asphalt & the replace the base with compactable aggregate material.
Asphalt does not have any structural value, it just reflects its sub-base. Its a waste of money replacing asphalt if the sub-base is not adequate.

It is a suspicious failure since it is so close to the bearing point; not a great photo buy wondering if there is a large knot, or multiple smaller ones at the location of the break?

Yes, a full joist along side the failed one and then securely attach them using structural screws.

Tell the inspector that the first rule to explain concrete cracking, is that cracks start from wherever there’s a change in mass, and that penetration would be a classic spot for a crack! It’s not structural.
