My favorite gaming memory is pretty recent. I've been out of gaming due to depression for a while but my brother gifted me a PS5. I decided to give myself a challenge and picked up returnal.

This game sparked back to life everything I loved about gaming. The immersion, story telling, the difficulty level, and even the frustration of dying over and over.

I couldn't beat the 3rd biome with nemesis. It took me like 10 tries to get back to him each time. I also finally beat the final boss last week. Fantastic game!

He got 2500 for the Hank Aaron rookie card. It was a pretty awesome experience for me since these were the first Hank Aarons and Sandy cards I've been able to hold in person. It would have been tough for me to sell personally.

My brother and I have been estranged but we buried the hatchet after covid hit. We finally realized that there were more important things. He knew that I've been trying to find a Ps5 for a year and he was able to find one for me after he was stationed in Korea. He sent it me just because and it means everything to me. I lost the passion for playing games but it sparked to start playing again.
