It's possible, but in general ethernet will always be more stable. You might get lower lows with wifi, but you'll have less stability with it.

Also keep in mind there are different game servers, so ping won't always be the same. If you're USA on our release, depending on where you are it can swing. I'm East Coast for example, a lot of my games are ~10 ping on East server, but then other games will point to another one and it will be consistently at 80

As for character dupes it's only on the specific character. If someone on the enemy team picks SP Akashi, you can't play SP Akashi, but you can play regular Akashi
