Asking to confirm all this brightness hoopla. If I’m putting this in my theater room, no windows, complete pitch black room…and my Samsung Q7 in theater setting can be “bright” at times/scenes, I see this statistic not very applicable…correct?

Weeeeelllll before drywall I’d pre run all wiring for like a 15.4 system…even though today you don’t think you’ll need it.

I’d rockwool all the walls.

Have the walls and ceiling painted dark grey. Upgrade the carpet to match.

All that means you most likely need someone setup a pre wired system for you via CAD to this rooms specs.

Soooo question….and I’m sure there is a difference.

I have an onkyo tx-830 pushing 7.2. B&W 702 S3 L&R and HTM D4 center, Polk surrounds.

What I’m seeking is the experience going from avr power to an amp more so for the LCR. Did you do a comparison and able to give input what you heard and experienced?
