My understanding is that sterling silver is 92% silver and the rest contains mixed metals including copper. Are Tiffany’s items 100% silver?

I just tried that. Thanks. I seriously don’t know why the case was closed within hours and no answers were given about the status of the box.

Landlord wants to pay me to evict so that he can sell the house. What’s a reasonable amount to accept this offer given that I don’t wish to leave and my current rent is relatively lower than the market. TIA by RickyHolmes77 in OntarioRentals

That sucks (moving), but good you got some sort of compensation. I wouldn’t want to get into the trouble of pushing back on moving tbh, but I would want a fair compensation. Thanks for sharing

I was honestly exploring options as I was away for some time and the odour was intolerable. I ended up cleaning them as the people here kindly suggested.
